COMING SOON, UPDATED PRICES!
We are completing work on a vacant land pricing model that will produce up-front prices that
more closely reflect current market values. Those prices will be available on this website this spring.
In the meantime, our properties are still available on this website for your review. If you submit an
Expression of Interest on a property before our updated prices are available, we’ll contact you with the
price once we have it.
PURCHASING VACANT PROPERTIES/LOTS
The purpose of this website is to assist those interested in buying city-owned property.
More than 90% of surplus properties owned by the City of Philadelphia are vacant
lots. The remaining are abandoned buildings in need of significant repairs that
average over $100,000. So if you are looking for a move-in condition property,
this is definitely not the place. The resources below might help.
